Our Chicken Flavored Strips Plant-Based Protein is made from soy and contains 14g of protein per serving, making it a great, full-flavored chicken substitute that you can use in a variety of dishes that calls for chicken. Simmer in water or your favorite vegetarian or chicken broth for enhanced flavor. Use them in chicken tacos, taco salads, pancit, breaded chicken tenders, lo mein, chicken noodle soup, pasta & more! When hydrated, it expands to over 2x its original size, which may save you some money. For example, if a recipe calls for 1 lb of chicken, measure out 2.25 cups (189g) of Chicken Flavored Strips Plant-Based Protein.

Directions: Add 1/2 cup (dry) of Plant-Based Chicken Strips to 4 ounces of water (vegetable or chicken broth) and simmer until fork tender for 6-8 mins. (or until water is absorbed). Shelf Stable:  Store in a cool, dry area. Refrigerate after rehydrating.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup (42g) dry makes 1-1/8 cup (100g) hydrated.
