High Protein Pureed Soups Adding protein to your soups is extremely easy to do and turns any soup from an appetizer into an entrée. All it takes is just three easy steps:
  1. choose your soup; for example:
    • minestrone
    • lentil
    • navy bean
    • cream of tomato
    • cream of spinach
    • potato soups
  2. Add just 1 serving of SoyPro® Protein Powder per portion of soup and blend in a blender until smooth.
  3. Strain the soup if there is any unblended parts left over and serve (heat before serving depending on the soup).
Note: 1 serving of SoyPro® Protein Powder adds 7 grams of protein to each serving.
