Banana Cake in Three Steps 

• Preheat oven to 365ºF

1) Sift and blend these ingredients together

• 3/4 cup of Cake flour
• 1 & 1/8 cup of Bakers special sugar
• 1 TBS of Baking powder
• 1/2 TS of Salt
• 2 TBS of Non Fat Dairy Milk solids

 2) Cream shortening and Nana Flakes together:

• 1/2 cup Crisco
• 1/3 cup Nana Flakes

• 2 Whole eggs
• 2/3 cup Water

• Mix on medium speed for approximately 4 minutes. It is recommended to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula at least twice while mixing.
• Pour mixed batter into a greased baking pan.
• Bake at 365ºF for approximately 25 minutes.
• Makes approximately seven 8" layers
