Beef A Roni

Ingredients:

• 1 - 50 portion bag of Burger Bits
• 6 - 1 lb boxes large elbow macaroni
• 2 - #10 cans spaghetti sauce
• 1½  onion, chopped
• 1½  green pepper, chopped
• 6 lbs Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Prepare Burger Bits according to box instructions. Cook elbow macaroni until done. Brown onions and pepper with additional seasoning as desired. In a ½ hospital pan, mix together onions, peppers, sauce with the prepared Burger Bits. Stir in the macaroni to sauce mixture. Top with cheese (optional) - melt cheese, heat thru and serve.
